Barry was addicted to marijuana and close to an alcoholic. We both partied way too much. started going back to church (again) in june. When you talked about Is 30:15 'in returning and rest, you shall be saved'.... i began that night praying diligently for just that - a sense of peace (i am a very anxious person; worry alot, about any and everything) and it wasn't long before GOD gave me a restful feeling i've never felt before. Barry is doing very well - has not consumed any alcohol or pot since mid june. yay!!! we were water baptized yesterday! yet another wonderful step in the right direction."
